1. Services Provided
Luminova Real Estate offers property sales, rentals, property management, and renovation services in Dubai. All services are subject to availability and may require separate agreements.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when engaging with our services. Any false or incomplete information may result in the termination of service.
3. Property Listings and Prices
All property listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, Luminova Real Estate is not liable for errors in listings or delays in updates.
4. Renovation and Construction Services
Renovation services are provided based on a separate agreement. Timeline, budget, and project scope will be outlined in writing before commencement. Any additional changes may result in extra charges.
5. Payments and Fees
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in the client’s contract. Luminova Real Estate reserves the right to charge fees for brokerage, management, or renovation services.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis and only if stated in the individual service agreement.
7. Property Management
For property management clients, Luminova acts as an intermediary between landlords and tenants. We are not responsible for any direct disputes unless explicitly stated in the contract.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Client data is collected only for service-related purposes and is never sold to third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai’s courts.
10. Changes to Terms
Luminova Real Estate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our official communication channels.
